1. Who we are
Rajyaguru Consulting ("we", "us") provides website development, digital marketing, WhatsApp Business API services, AI automation and business software from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. For any privacy question, write to cc@rajyaguruconsulting.com.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry details — name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, budget, timeline and the message you send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, collected through server logs and analytics.
- Client project data — where you engage us, whatever is needed to deliver the work (for example access to your hosting, ad accounts or systems).
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, support and improve services you have engaged us for.
- To send service updates and, with your consent, occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. WhatsApp communication
If you contact us on WhatsApp, or opt in to WhatsApp updates, we process your number to reply and to send the messages you consented to. Marketing messages are sent only through the official WhatsApp Business API to contacts who have opted in, and every campaign carries a one-tap opt-out that we honour immediately. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and is subject to its own terms.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal cookies and local storage — for example to remember your light/dark theme choice. If analytics tools such as Google Analytics are enabled, they set their own cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business Solution Providers, analytics and advertising platforms — and only to the extent needed. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply.
7. Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in our email and, as a backup, in a restricted file on our server. We use HTTPS, hashed credentials, access control and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect what you share with us.
8. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any statutory period after it. You may ask us to delete your data earlier.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw consent for marketing communication. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
